Good to know
- Who comes?
- Only your group and our team. Nobody else joins.
- Car or van?
- You do not choose the vehicle. The office sends a car or van that fits your group, up to 10 guests.
- What do children pay?
- Children 3 to 9 pay the trip's child price; under 3 travel free. A private trip costs at least 4 adult prices.
- What is included?
- The same as the group day: everything the trip page lists under What you get. A private trip pays no pickup fee.
- How do I pay?
- Send a request. We confirm the day and send you a link to pay. A private trip is paid in full before it is confirmed, never in cash on the day.
- Can I cancel?
- Free cancellation until 24 hours before departure. No refund inside 24 hours.
